Science and Engineering Indicators

Science and Engineering Indicators (http://www.nsf.gov/statistics/seind08/) is a biennial report, issued by the National Science Board, on the status of science and technology in the U.S., with comparisons to selected foreign countries. The report covers science and engineering (S/E) education and workforce; R & D funding and outputs; domestic and foreign technological innovations and trade of high-technology products; public knowledge of and attitudes toward science and technology; computer use in the home; and effects of information technologies on education and research.
